After-christmas craft sales

After the holidays is a fabulous time to save some money on craft items, especially ones you might not normally spend the money on due to price! I got these Martha Stewart craft things at Wal-Mart, with 75% off ALL of their holiday items. Since these were grouped with the holiday crafts, I got 75% off of them as well... and some of the things I can use year-round!

  • Bird punch normally $8.97 - $2.20
  • 2 types of glitter normally $8.97 - also $2.20
  • 2 stamp sets normally $2.97 - 70 cents each
Would have spent $32.85... got everything for $8.00!!

Another smart tip is to stock up on gift wrap and tissue paper- there are usually a few non-holiday designs left over, and plain white tissue, which can be used all year for birthdays, and save money! And I can use the plain tissue paper and gift bags for packaging products for my etsy store.

Have fun shopping!
