Kelly of The Bond Between Us Photography wanted something modern and pretty to match the stylish logo she designed. This blog has more post space for larger images, to best show off her fantastic photography. We kept it clean and simple, with vibrant colors and minimal lines. This design will really make Kelly's portraits the focus of her blog- as they should be!

squab fluff-itude

On my patio. Momma bird has been sitting on that nest for weeks, not moving a feather.

Mourning Doves are light grey and brown and generally muted in color. Males and females are similar in appearance. The species is generally monogamous, with two squabs (young) per brood. Both parents incubate and care for the young. Wikipedia

They are called 'squabs' <3 <3 <3

Playing with Photoshop Actions

Photoshop makes pictures look pretty. ♥ I am always amazed at how different the same image can appear, and evoke such varied feelings.

These next three all started with the same action applied, which I layered back over the original photo and changed the layer settings. Three very different effects, even from the same action!
